🖊 AG Evangel Daily Meal 24 July : COMMENTARY
The parables the Lord taught typify so many lessons. The parable of the sower is one of them. One found in the attitude of the sower, which is consistency. He just kept sowing the seeds; and didn’t allow the first three negative results he had to discourage him. When we maintain consistency, we could see a progression. That progression continued until he finally made it to a good soil, which yielded to him bountifully.
Once we get hooked to doing the right things, consistency will always pay. So, it’s inadvisable for one to leave his purpose and chase after shadows just because the expected result didn’t come immediately.
Even when the result does not seem to show yet, keep to your assignment. As you keep on, you’ll come to master both what works and what doesn’t. Then you stick to what works. Having mastered the “game” it becomes easy to produce your expected result.
Indeed, it really pays to be consistent in your assignments, instead of jumping off every other time. People ignorantly leave their area or place of blessing because it seems not to have work out immediately, so they couldn’t wait. They try this and try that, changing from one type of task to another, never consistent. Some run from one office to another. Be consistent.

Heavenly Father,
