4 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:
3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

MFM Devotional for Today 16 August 2024 MESSAGE
The Bible did not leave us in the dark regarding the activities of false prophets and preachers, especially in these end times. “Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.
For there shall arise false Christs and false prophets, and shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Behold, I have told you before” (Matthew 24:23-25). They are everywhere deceiving the undiscerning with lying wonders. Beloved, test the spirits!
Many wolves have now rebranded and repackaged themselves in sheep’s clothing. Their outward appearance is no different from that of a Christian. Some of them look so gentle and easygoing.
You will think they cannot kill a fly but alas, they are wicked lions looking for who to devour. “And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.” It now takes discernment and being sensitive to the Holy Spirit to be able to separate the wheat from the tares.

This gift of discernment is no longer a luxury but a necessity for every Christian, especially when we find Ourselves. You should no longer see or know people after the flesh again. You must seek to know people for who they are. Beloved, test all spirits.
We are in an age where you cannot take in everything you hear and see hook, line and sinker. You must test the spirit behind the speaker and the so-called miracles they are performing lest you are also deceived.
A lot of people have acted on so-called prophecies to their detriment. Some have lost fortunes, money, property, marriages and even their lives to false prophecies. Please, test all spirits!
A lot of single Christian brothers and sisters have been lured into marrying their enemies disguising as fiery and holy people only to be taken by surprise after marriage.
Beloved, it is about time we position ourselves to be able to hear God clearly on any matter about life and destiny. Please, do not move until God has spoken.
Test the spirits. May we not be victims of end-time deception, in Jesus’ name. Amen!

MORNING
1. Arrow of deception fired to derail believers, I am not your candidate, die, in the name of Jesus.
2. Wolves in sheep’s clothing sent to catch me, you are liars, be exposed and be disgraced, in the name of Jesus.
3. Spirit of discernment, my life is available, overshadow my life, in the name of Jesus.
EVENING
4. Pit of false prophets, swallow your owners, in the name of Jesus.
5. Negative prophecies, you will not find expression in my life, die by fire, in the name of Jesus.
6. Satanic agents disguising as angel of light in order to attack me, receive angelic slap and die, in the name of Jesus.
7. My Father, open my spiritual eyes and ears to see and hear clearly from you, in the name of Jesus.
To fully benefit from these prayers, you must first accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior by saying this prayer:

Heavenly Father,
I come to You in humility and repentance, acknowledging my sins and my need for Your grace. Lord Jesus, I believe You are the Son of God, who died for my sins and rose again to give me eternal life. I confess You as my Savior and Lord.
Forgive me, cleanse me with Your precious blood, and fill me with Your Holy Spirit. I turn away from my sinful ways and open my heart to You. Take control of my life and guide me in Your truth.
